I started at 16.
I never stopped.

I grew up in Galway and got my first retail job at 16. By my mid-twenties I was one of the youngest SuperValu managers in Ireland. Then a decade with Musgrave Retail Partners, overseeing 22 stores across the region.

In 2011 — right in the depths of the recession — I took Mountain Top in Letterkenny from receivership and built it into one of the busiest retail destinations in Donegal. A Centra, Kelly's Diner, a petrol forecourt, 70 staff, 22,500 customers a week.
